Onsted Kiwanis

  • Onsted Kiwanis is an organization that is committed to the betterment of OUR community through fundraising, service projects and support of current youth programs.
  • In the last 6 years the Onsted Kiwanis Club has raised and donated over $110,000 to local groups.
  • Meetings held 7am every odd-numbered week on Wednesdays at the Cambridge Township Hall (Corner of Onsted Highway and M50--Map Below)

Onsted Kiwanis History
Charles Coberley picked up and donated "A History of Kiwanis in Michigan" book he found in a used book store.  In the book the Onsted Kiwanis is identified as 133rd club to organize in Michigan.  The Onsted Kiwanis Club was sponsored by the Adrian Kiwanis on December 20, 1951.  The first President and Secretary were Sherman C. Blouch and Elwood Little.
